This outfit is unique and spectacular! It combines a Fallen Angel Top hat, the Kate Nash "Valentine" dress, a plume of feathers, DKNY Runway tights, and Fallen Angel thigh-high boots. The only thing I would change is instead of the top hat, I would use the red Fashion Frenzy hat.

The only problem with the red Fashion Frenzy hat is that it's impossible to wear. :D It doesn't stay in the right place.
