The outfit, made by springate, is the definition of high fashion!! The layering is amazing! She is wearing 2 dresses I wouldn't normally wear, the Voile Ladies Oscar dress (which, ironically, wasn't worn at the Oscars), and the Voile Ladies Pheonix dress. Blaire layers them perfectly, and creates an original, lovely look.

They might not had ment the Oscar i'm pretty sure they ment Oscar de la renta that makes the most beautifull dresses in the world. Its kind of sad that these "elites" say that they know that much about fashion just by writing some well known designers they "love".
